What happens when you submit a claim review?
Making the decision to come forward to report your sexual abuse case can seem like a daunting task. You may develop an internal dialogue pulling you in different directions. Shortly after we receive your claim review request we will attempt to reach you by phone, text or email to discuss your situation. At JusticeForAbuse.Org we have helped thousands of victims pursue legal action against those responsible for their abuse and we are well versed and experienced in what you may be feeling. We will attempt to reach you and are trained not to disclose any information to third parties unless we have first verified it is you we are talking to. We are here to accomodate you and your needs and are very flexible and can work around your schedule. By texting and through our calls we will attempt to discuss your case on first contact but will gladly schedule a better time to contact you if we catch you at a bad time.
For some it is easier to text with us about their case. This is either because a phone call just isn't ideal for their schedule or the informality of texting puts one at ease and makes things less official. If you elect to text with us, we'll quickly bring you up to speed on what is going on in cases we handle like yours and ask you the proper questions to ensure you have a claim. This is done by texting back and forth with someone from our legal team and it is done by a live person. No bots.
While speaking with you we will quickly take detailed notes about your case and ask you questions about when the abuse likely occurred and who may have been involved. We realize it may have been a very long time since your abuse and it is okay if you don't have some information on hand. You hire someone like us to help you find the truth and to do the footwork on your case. Leave that to us!
After gaining the information we need to qualify your case, we will likely send you over a form to fill out s we can represent you in the case.
