At St. Gabriel's Hall, staff members were entrusted with the crucial responsibility of caring for the young residents in their juvenile placement units. Shockingly, numerous allegations suggest that with the knowledge and complicity of supervisors and administrators, these staff members resorted to excessive and unnecessary force, causing a myriad of injuries that, in some cases, required hospitalization and extensive medical treatment.
